This is an Australian abandoned home, which means that there is a greater chance of finding items left by the last owners because the Aussies appear less prone to graffiti, theft, and vandalism. As example, there is a Singer sewing machine still in place as well as an old vinyl player.
The producer of the video is very good at keeping things quiet (no grating music) so you can hear his footsteps crunching in the dirt, squeaking doors as he opens them, and the general noises one might hear in a lonely abandoned house in the middle of nowhere.
