Wooden Shoe Tulips

Cheri loves tulips and has many in her garden. A couple of years ago we attended the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival and she liked it so much we had to include Woodburn, Oregon south of Portland on I-5, as a waypoint in this year’s sojourn to the Oregon coast to see more tulips.

Visiting the Farm

The tulips were beautiful and plentiful! We walked down the main rows, but it was muddy so Cheri got her pants and shoes soaked. They had a set of restored steam tractors so I got plenty of pics. They had stands of things to purchase, much like in the Skagit tulip festival. We had a good time with all of it in spite of the wind and cold.
