Our last Nordic ski of the season
Nordic at Farragut
Our last Nordic ski of the season was an unexpected treat. We did not need to be anywhere for a change (early in the day), and because the snow appeared to be good we decided to do one last ski trip to Farragut. The day was beautiful, and the feelings are mixed; sorry to see the snow gone because the winter activities are fun, but excited because the warm weather heralds a few new projects we plan this spring as well as lots of RV travel.
Stopping at Paragon Brewing for Scotch eggs
After our ski adventure was over, we headed home down Government Way and stopped at a small pub called Paragon Brewing. I’d not had many Scotch Eggs before this culinary adventure and I was shocked to see runny egg yolks, my absolute favorite! Paired with a coffee stout, the snack was perfect after our last Nordic ski of the season.
